About Lymon

Built by people who've
lived it

Lymon came from years of seeing talented hospitality owners burn out not because they weren't good enough, but because the system they were running on wasn't built to last.

Our Story

The problem was hiding
in plain sight

Hospitality businesses have always run on the owner holding everything together. Every decision, every exception, every problem - it all routes back to one person. And for a long time, that worked. It worked because that person showed up every day, ran on instinct, and never switched off.

But that model doesn't scale. It doesn't survive growth. And with rising costs, tighter regulations, and constant staffing pressure, it's becoming increasingly unsustainable - even for the most dedicated operators.

Marzieh and Shervin built Lymon because they kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable business owners trapped in survival mode, not because they lacked ambition, but because they lacked the right tools to share the load.

"We believe hospitality owners should be able to own a business - not be owned by it. Hustle got you here. But it shouldn't have to stay this way forever."
Marzieh Fard, CEO & Co-Founder

We imagine a future of hospitality
where operational success doesn’t depend on one person

Where knowledge is shared, structured, and accessible. Where the business runs consistently – without the owner as the constant escalation point. With room to finally breathe and run a business that’s successful, scalable and built to last.

THE HARD TRUTH

"What’s keeping the business running is also what’s limiting it – you"

OUR MISSION

What we believe
shapes what we build

Integration over replacement

Your tools are already in place. We connect what matters in your business to Lymon. No starting again. Lymon fits around your business – not the other way around. Reduces costs by simplifying processes and removing unnecessary subscriptions.

Proof, not promises

We don’t promise what we can’t deliver. Every feature solves a real problem in a practical way, built for hospitality. If something doesn’t work, we adapt and improve it – simple, no fluff.

Human-first always

Hospitality runs on people. Technology should support them to improve outcomes – not add complexity or get in the way. Lymon is built to be practical and solve real problems.
